CORE supplies prefabricated Polyurethane insulated housing for poultry and swine farms. CORE is also equipped to provide the necessary civil works for the erection of said prefabricated houses. Quality galvanized steel structures are utilized that have been precut and pre holed for an easier but stronger installation using galvanized nuts and bolts. Since no joint or structure are welded, the steel structure lasts longer and provide a sturdier erection. Walls are made of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between powder coated steel sheets, not only to provide a strong and sturdy wall for the house but also provides one of the best insulations from high outside temperatures. This provides an ideal climate for the animals inside the house that is not affected by outside temperature changes. Ventilation equipment for poultry and pigs
The ventilation systems integrate various universally proven ventilation principles into a single intelligent system. CORE provides both the Tunnel ventilation system and the Combitunnel ventilation system, and other ventilation system configurations as may be required. The ventilation systems have been designed specifically for regions with seasonal and daily temperature fluctuations. The ventilation systems employed by CORE have an integrated computer controller that provides the required ventilation requirements based on minimum ventilation, air speed, humidity control, pressure regulation, and air volume requirement, in order to provide the animals with a comfortable climate inside the house based on their age. Efficient fans are available that not only provide better air capacities at higher pressures, but also provide electricity cost savings by utilizing permanent magnet motors and better air leak control of the fan structure.
Broiler on Floor production equipment
a) Automated Feeding System
CORE supplies automated spiral feeding systems suited for broilers from Day 1 to harvest age. Using advanced technology and first quality materials, the feeding system coupled with an automated cross auger type filling system and safety components provide a worry free distribution of feeds for the whole house.
b) Automated Nipple Drinking System
The automated nipple drinking system comes complete with a medicator and flow regulator ensuring a proper water pressure throughout the whole system, and ease of medication distribution. Using first quality materials, the PVC water pipes and stainless steel nipples ensure that the birds receive fresh and clean water all the time. A dirty water sensor coupled with an automatic flushing system ensure that the water inside the water pipes are always clean.

Because the enclosures take up a minimum amount of space, the enclosures can be installed 2, 3, 4, or more tiers high, and still have space inside the house for 3, 4, or more rows of enclosures inside the house. Provided with an automated feeding system, an automated drinking system, LED lights, and a belt conveyor for manure removal and bird harvesting, the birds are provided with all the necessities for ideal growth. Unlike the Broiler on Floor houses, manure can be removed frequently by the manure removal conveyor system without moving the birds and without causing them undue stress. Harvesting is easy as the birds are brought out of the house using another conveyor system that will bring the birds out of the house for easy loading into crates. The Colony system is available for poultry farmers who want to maximize smaller farm lots but still provide housing for higher densities of birds.

Egg Counting System
The EMEC egg counter keeps track of the number of eggs on each conveyor with meticulous precision, without any need for the eggs to be transported in single rows or in a specific direction. Under normal circumstances the EMEC egg counter demonstrates a precision of 99.8% or higher. Connecting multiple egg counters in a poultry house to a single Orion computer will produce an accurate picture of the birds’ current performance. Depending on the setup of the poultry house and the number of egg counters, additional management data can be collected and displayed using the Rainbow+ program.
